We had an amazing experience with JordysJumps! Jordan went above and beyond to make sure my boys had a successful and memorable birthday party. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain exactly what we were getting, answered all of our questions, and provided detailed information about the waterslide rental. Delivery was prompt, and the setup was completed quickly and professionally. What really impressed us was Jordan's willingness to go the extra mile. Our backyard entry was extremely narrow, and he even helped remove our fence gate to make sure the inflatable could be safely installed. When he returned the next day for pickup, he reattached the gate for us as well! Throughout the entire process, Jordan was kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend JordysJumps for any party or event needs. We will absolutely be using them again in the future. Thank you, Jordan, for helping make our boys' birthday so special!

The toddler jump house was a hit!!! The booking process was super easy and customer service for delivery and pickup was great. I would recommend to all our friends.
